ORI RETURNS POLICY


Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unopened, and have not been fitted or installed.

Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, modified, or attempted to be fitted is not eligible for return unless otherwise approved by ORI.

The following restocking fees apply to approved returns:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: 15% restocking fee
  • Within 60 days of purchase: 25% restocking fee
  • Within 90 days of purchase: 35% restocking fee

 

Returns requested after 90 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

If you purchased your item through an authorised ORI dealer, it is your responsibility to work directly with the dealer to resolve any return, warranty, or order-related issues.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original condition and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
  • Return authorisation must be approved by ORI prior to sending the item back

 

Any items returned without prior approval or return authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please submit a support request via our support desk.

 

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For items valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. ORI is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
