That’s why we partner with Direct Freight Express as our primary national freight carrier. As one of Australia’s leading heavy freight providers, they help ensure your order is transported safely and efficiently from our warehouse to your door.
Australia-Wide Coverage
We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and remote areas across the country.
Real-Time Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Freight for Oversized Items
We specialise in oversized, bulky, and heavy items commonly used in the offroad and 4x4 industry. Our freight network is designed to handle suspension systems, wheels, bars, and other large components safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Payment Requirements
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment unless otherwise advised. During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, dispatch times may vary.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided by freight carriers are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Offroad Industries is not responsible for delays once goods have been dispatched.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Offroad Industries is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional freight charges caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
PO Boxes
Due to the size and nature of many of our products, bulky items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Remote Area Deliveries
Additional freight charges may apply for regional or remote delivery locations. If applicable, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
Freight Damage & Delivery Issues
Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
Any freight damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported to Offroad Industries within 48 hours of delivery via our support desk
